Not satisfied with your order?
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

How to return your order

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return form at: contact@derrenshop.com
  2. Include the completed return form and original invoice in your return package.
  3. Returns without a completed form cannot be processed.
  4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund conditions

  • Items must be in original condition, with all labels and tags attached
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returns that show signs of use or damage not caused by us will not be refunded

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank
  4. Still no refund? Contact our customer service

Important return terms

  • Return shipping is not covered by us
  • Use track & trace when sending returns
  • Email a photo of your track & trace receipt to our support team on the day of shipment
  • Include the return form in your package
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
  • Damaged items caused by the customer will not be refunded

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, or personal care products. Also, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
